Return Policy
IN-PERSON RETURN (SPRINGFIELD, MO)

Returns are accepted 14 Days from the Purchase Date with original receipt, tags attached, or in original packaging. Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and be unwashed/unworn.
ONLINE RETURN

Buyer must contact AB (Austen Boutique) via email (hello@austenboutique.com) within 14 days of receiving items to request a return shipping label.

Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

AB will provide a return shipping label, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, odors, and pet hair.

If it is an item other than clothing it must be in the original packaging and unused.
